Bill James Hopper, age 71 of Maryville, passed away Friday April 27, 2012 at his home. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Helen Hopper; parents, Ulyss and Frances Hopper; 1 brother; 2 sisters. He is survived by sister, Ruby Hicks; daughters, Cindy and husband Jim Hampton, Wanda and husband Roy Majors; son, Glen and Wife Janet Hopper; grandchildren, Jason and Wife Beth Sisk, Billy Joe Hampton, Josh Sisk, Heather Hampton, Rachele Cope, and Tyler Hopper; great grandchildren, Michael Sisk, Chantell, Jeremy, and London McCall; many nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday April 29, 2012 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel. The graveside and interment service will follow at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Miller Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
