Johnny Allen Chasteen, age 73, of Maryville, passed away Friday, June 8, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Hazel Chasteen and sisters, Betty Michaels and Linda Roddy. He is survived by his twin brother and sister-in-law, James and Pam Chasteen; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Connie Chasteen; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ruby and Junior Burns, Glenda and Wesley Whitehead, and Shirley and Bill Farr; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of Blount Memorial Hospital. Funeral service will be held 6:00 PM Saturday, June 9, 2012, at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Randy Storie officiating. Family and friends will gather 11:00 AM Sunday at Grandview Cemetery for the interment.
